Dr. Allison Sikorsky, PMHNP, is a doctorally prepared board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and the founder of At Your Service Psychiatry. Allison is an alumnus of the top psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program in the nation, graduating from Rush University in Chicago, Illinois, in 2011. She is licensed in over twenty states to provide telepsychiatry services.
Allison has more than twenty years of experience in health care. During the last eleven years that she has been a psychiatric nurse practitioner, caring for patients with a wide variety of mental health conditions. Allison’s experience includes treating patients in community mental health settings, inpatient acute psychiatric units, providing psychiatric consultation-liaison services to various hospitals, and many others.
Allison describes herself as being a highly sensitive person who strives to care for her patients in a personal and meaningful way, rather than just prescribing medications. Allison has a sincere commitment to patient privacy and satisfaction, as well. Allison enjoys working with adults of all ages with ADHD, especially fellow entrepreneurs.
On the personal side, Allison is married for over twenty years, has three teenaged boys, and two dogs. For fun, you can find her watching wrestling matches and band concerts, roller skating, and walking her little dogs with the family.

Tasha Oladipo, PMHNP
Tasha is a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner since 2016. With over fourteen years in healthcare, she enjoys caring for people with ADHD and anxiety disorders and her fellow peers in mental healthcare.
